How do I get started?

Book a 30-minute walkthrough. We set up your workspace — personas, plays, qualification rules, and integrations — and run your first accounts with you on the call. From there your team works the engine on credits, with ours alongside — we routinely help tune and optimize as your motion evolves.

How do credits work?

You purchase a credit pack up front and the engine draws it down as it works: a per-run charge for each company researched, a monthly charge per monitored account, and a small per-contact charge for email or phone enrichment. We'll walk you through the exact rates on a demo call. Credits never gate features — every plan includes the whole platform.

What exactly does a research run buy?

One full research run on one account: the company profile, every signal the engine finds across hundreds of live sources, the key people mapped to your personas, and drafted outreach grounded in that evidence. There are no feature add-ons — the run is the product.

When am I not billed?

If a research run comes back with no signals and no key people, that run consumes no credits. You never pay for an empty result.

What does monitoring cover?

Ongoing monitoring of a researched account: weekly signal sweeps, people rescans for departures and new leadership, and new outreach opportunities surfaced as they happen. It's billed monthly per account, and you can stop monitoring any account at any time.

Are any features gated behind a higher tier?

No. Sequences, contact enrichment, integrations, the Chrome extension, the MCP API — everything is included for everyone. The only thing metered is account runs.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Invite your whole team — pricing never counts users, only the accounts the engine works.

What counts as a qualified meeting?

Before we start, we agree on your definition — ICP fit, persona, and whatever else qualification means for your team. You're only billed for meetings that meet those criteria.

How is the per-meeting rate set?

The rate is scoped to your ICP and deal size — a meeting with an enterprise buying committee is worth more than one with a two-person team. We'll give you an exact number after a short conversation about your motion.

When should we talk about Enterprise?
